Hi, I'm the author of a series of CATIA V5 User Guides/Tutorials, to which you already have a link (via CCARD) to an old extract from my CATIA V5 Introduction.
This latest extract is now at www.cadcam.co.uk/downloads/cadcamV5Intro.pdf

Hello Everyone,
I am new, just want to say hello and ask for some help.
I have a new contract which I am using composites and the composite program.
Question / Issues: Zones Group Definition
Creating (selecting) Rosette ? I have indicated the surface (by clicking on it) but no matter what I click on to select the Rosette by default uses it as the surface. I know Rosette is the "pattern or the x,y,z" for composites what am I do wrong.. ? Is there something specific I need to do or have. The documentation is not very specific.
Thanks
James
PS .. I am seraching for tutorials FOR FREE, there is a lot of tutorial for basic users.. all the rest I have found are expensive!
