Scotch-Brite substitute

Hello,
I’m trying to find something to substitute Scotch-Brite wheel for our deburring process because the plastic binder which left on the products’ surfaces, which created a white film on surfaces after cleaning.

I wonder if any of you ever experience the similar situation.
Any helps or ideas are welcome.
