I just wanted to get the ball rolling in this forum, but in these uncertain times - what is it your company is doing to position it to survive in this down market.
Are you making use of new technologies to become more efficient? Diversifying? Slashing your shop rates? Giving up and going fishing?

Unfortunately, cutting the work force is the first action we've taken. In order to retain a certain level of workers, we've lowered bid prices to ensure work is still coming in. At the same time, new infrastructure improvement projects have been put on hold for the time being and emphasis has been put on refining existing procedures/instructions to eliminate more chances for issues and inefficiencies.
